Britney Spears can't breastfeed her baby because she had breast implants. She got them at 17, around the debut of Baby One More Time. She wanted to share that intimacy with her baby but surgeons told her it might undernourish her baby so she's crushed.

Poor girl. I imagined you'd still be able to breastfeed though... but I guess in her case she can't eh?
And what's wrong with her being 17 when she got her boobies? That's not that young... haha |
