i have a little bit of an accent when i talk fast. filipino accent.
QUOTE(mai_z @ Sep 25 2005, 4:14 PM) It's wierd, the people around me influence how I talk. So normally,I don't speak english with an accent, but with my chinese friends, my english slips into what my family calls "chinglish", with an HK accent, or at least adding things like "la" and "wor" and "ar ma" after I say things. what does la, wor and ar ma mean anyway? i always wanted to ask my honger friends. |
