An ignorant idiot launches a few nuclear bombs in the South Pole wipe the whole ice, increases the ocean sea level by 40% and floods the whole world. Many unfortunate cities are crooked, damage, collapse, or destroy. Most of the electricity, phone line, connections, and electronic communications no longer work. The rise of the dead covers 69% of the world populations. All of the survivors are living at the top of the roof, mountain, top of the building, or inside the tall building. If you are one of the 31% world population survivors, what would you be doing and where are you? You have nothing with you, no food, any extra clothes, items and materials. It's extremely rare to find someone to rescues you or make friends. Everyone is very far away each others at least 100,000,000 kilometers or more. You’re at somewhere saved. Please be reasonable, descriptive, and individual. Do not lie or be stupid. Have fun !

First, I would panic with all my life. After that, I shall relax and try to think things over. Then, I will try to look for a large debri I can use as a boat and look for a few more surviviors. I will gather all te survivors into a huge elevated building and discuss who we are, what we need, who's missing, what we lost, and a way to recover those losses. Next I would help organize people into teams and begin the search

If that plan fails, I will wait in a spot that can be easily found by helicopters and try to survive as long as possible.
