many times now i have tried to create wallpapers and when i upload them, the size is WAY too small..
and this really gets me mad cause i made a really good wallpaper thingy..and it wont work... is there a picture hosting site that lets you change dimensions of the picture or is there a code that does it? |

If it's not a GIF already, save it as one. But not on paint because that screws it up, but perhaps photoshop or PSP.
And defintely don't use photobucket. That resizes images that are too big. I suggest using imageshack or imagecloset or just find another one. |
