 welll...sometimes, i think people look at me at a whole different way....i dont know why...but, in the outside they look normal, but in the inside they must be thinking... "man, what an idiot", or "eww, why are you talking to me?" then they try to avoid me like the flu  I not sure weather it's my ugly face, my conversation, or my voice. Then, i think im ANNOYING PEOPLE!!!  It always happens- everywhere, from cB, my house, my school, EVERYWHERE!! (see, i bet right now, u are getting annoyed by me)  I DRAW PEOPLE AWAY!! my parents, my sister, my teachers, people at school, people on the internet. Not 1 person that knows me, comes up to me and says hi-(other than my 2 closest friends)<.< NOBODY!! I would have to say hi to them myself, and then i think im annoying that person  AND NOW, SOME OF MY CLOSEST FRIENDS ARE MOVING, AND I THINK IM THE CAUSE OF IT!!people hate me right?

First of all maybe they're not even looking at you in a weird way, maybe its just the fact that you have low confidence and thats what makes you think that they are looking at YOU funny. They might have thought that your shirt is cool, it doesn't always mean "UGHHH!! GET THIS GIRL AWAY FROM ME!" Gain some confidence, and I'm sure if you just lay loose, relax. People will start to like you
