for some reason my computer stopped recognizing .asf song files. does anyone know what i can do to fix it?... i can't hear songs from this website...

i tried using the help topics section by clicking "more details" when the error window popped up and it took me to web help where i got this message...
"Windows Media Player Error Message Help You've encountered error message 80040241 while using Windows Media Player. We are investigating the cause of this error. We will post more information about this error when it becomes available." i don't know what happened to my computer. but i think it's probably some kind of virus because the same thing happened to my friend... for some reason her computer stopped playing certain media types. does anyone know if there's anything else i could do? |
