Okay, I have been looking all over the net how to make those butterflies "rainbowish." For instance, click here. See how she made the butterflies "rainbowish?" How can you do that?

What that person did was basically sprinkle the butterflies on a canvas, and then used the Gradient Tool to add the color effect on another layer. Then she just set the layer property to "overlay" or something :3
