how old are you? how tall are you? c'mon help me help you only tips i can give you right now is practice and like ^they^ said conditioning run alot and work out (push ups, sit ups, pull ups, maybe even lifting some weights) and practice easy things first if you're young which i assume you are considering you know nothing about bball some things will come to you with age but with more practice they will come faster so work hard
