How can I add a Website Template/Layout on to Free Webs??

See, that was completely your error then, those people thought you were talking about an actual template.
You just take the layout, paste it into notepad, find where the content is changable, and change it. Then you save it as index.html for it to show first, or anything else if you don't. Repeat as many times as you have pages. |
