i put this code in
and thats basically what i want except i want it to be semi transparent enough so i can see the background on my site, but still be able to read the white text when you scroll over it, what is the code for that? My Webpage |

change it to a higher or lower number then. it has to be between 1 and 100 though. i guess you should probably change it to 50 or 55. or maybe even lower..
