Make sure you have a good point on the pencil. A dull pint equals in lots of smudge in areas you don't want it to be. Also make sure you have a good eyeliner.. One that doesn't smudge..
I use eyeline a lot but I make sure it smudges... Cuz that's how I like it. I like to be artistic with it. I drawl tails and dots and whatnot.  Yup. |
