anyone help? if this can only be done in adobe photshop or jasc, then plz just tell me or make it for me!!!! |

i hav a paint program.... but if i could do it in ms paint, then can someone telll me how??
edit/// o ok.... but can u make it for me? this is the image.... image and i want it to say "Graystarr" with each letter flashin in a pattern on the right bottom corner. |
