So if you were a king/queen. What 5 rules would you want in your country?

for me...

1. Drugs are all illegal for everyone especially adults that are over 21.
2. It's illegal to hit their children with sticks and metal bat.
3. It's legal to download music. Free of charge.
4. No tax. never never
5. It's illegal to have teenagers under 18 have sex.


Yeah... if I were to rule the country, I would be kinda stricted. Sorry.

I really want to hear what other people say. Want to see what they want for their own country if there were to rule it.

MY TURN:

1. Criminals shall be punished through labor working, farming, cleaning the country.. etc. temporarily and would be released after. Those who fail shall be send to military permantently. Don't worry, they would be given food and supply.
2. People who are willing to teach shall undergo a test first to prove that they are worthy.
3. Humanity shall be teached at schools. [This is one of the things I miss about my old school]
4. There shall be a religion subject at schools not to promote religion but for the students to be aware of important things about it.
5. The Supreme Court shall consist of a non-religious, Buddhist, Christian, Taoist, Ph.D graduate, a monk, former General who fought in the World Wars and some one who has been in the ruling for a very long time so judgement may be based on righteous morals, the present day century and the principles of the environment. [idk]
6. There shall be an institution/department [not government] who controls what may be shown or what not may be shown on media. [PG-13 shall be kept]
7. Tight security on the barriers of America
8. People who haven't found jobs yet shall do community service.
9. 15 is the legal age of working.
10. Enrolling students and their authorities shall present that they are legal in the country at the school first.
11. Child abuse shall be illegal-no physical discipline.
12. There should be basic human rights, if any fail to abide these rights he shall be judged.
13. The budget of the country shall be divided into two: One is domestic .. the other one is security. 75% goes to the domestic .. the rest goes to security.
14. Job applicants shall present that they are legal in the country. If they are going to be legal .. then they can apply.
15. College applicants shall attain the GPA of 3.8 and above.
