So if you were a king/queen. What 5 rules would you want in your country?

for me...

1. Drugs are all illegal for everyone especially adults that are over 21.
2. It's illegal to hit their children with sticks and metal bat.
3. It's legal to download music. Free of charge.
4. No tax. never never
5. It's illegal to have teenagers under 18 have sex.


Yeah... if I were to rule the country, I would be kinda stricted. Sorry.

I really want to hear what other people say. Want to see what they want for their own country if there were to rule it.

Hmm. Let's see.

• Everything free (Maximum is 450 per day)! Money aren't accepteble. This rule only applies for those who get credits from their school/jobs.
• Ban drug factories including beer and ciggarrette factories.
• Free medications for seriously ill people. People with common illness, such as flu, asthma, etc. must get one credit point from school/job.
• Elementary Schools will start from 10:00 A.M. through 5:00 P.M. Monday through Thursday. Physical discipline if needed. Middle Schools will start from 10:30 A.M. through 5:30 P.M. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Monday. Physical discipline if needed. High Schools and Colleges starts from 12 noon through 12 midnight. Monday and Tuesday only. No physical discipline available. Students in high schools to college are now responsible and are descent from disciplinary actions from their elementary to middle school years.
• Sex are only achieved for 16 years and older. Must have parent's permission per sex. And must sign up in the Bureau Intervenue for Social Livelyhood, and must have the signature of the Department of BISL members.
• People entering this country from another country must have permission from the government to enter. CIA will control of every person's background of crime and such. They will receive a special disciplinary test that will take up to 1 year before they can step into the country's soil. Rooms are available inside terminals.
• Voting can only be done by people age 15 and over. Grade 10 students are responsible for knowing the nominated candidates.
• Murderers, or crimes relating to killing people are sentenced automatically to death, unless if they pay 100 grands and must have the Supreme Court's signature to release from execution.

Yeah yeah, I'm pretty strict. So what? I need to protect my country against those terrorist and make sure that my country will not become terrorists themeselves. Isn't my counrty the safest?
