That way they don't use up valuable real estate that could be used by law abiding people and it would be a lot tougher for the criminals to escape.

And some but trust me not all are innocent men in there might have been picked on by the law I fail to see that as fun but I agree with the human rights thing people are not animals but if caging someone to keep the world safe is the only resort then so be it. |
