Nose ring..., A health-related question

I got my nose pierced a few days ago, and anyway, I was wondering if I can change the stud? I don't see what's so wrong about putting in a new one. I don't know what can happen if you change it to quickly. You guys have any idea? Or do you think I can change it and not be at risk for any issues? Thanks!

Well...I can only touch my piercing after I wash my hands with antibacterial soap, I have H2Ocean to clean it, and if I take this stud out, wash my piercing and then put H2Ocean on it, put the new stud in, and do it again, I figured I'm good to go? Anyway, I have to wait until tomorrow obviously, it's just that everything in Bergen County in NJ, where I went to see my parents, where I got my piercing too, is closed...so I thought I'd ask the cB crowd =o)
