Do you still drink milk at home?
I still drink whole milk at home ever since i was a baby. I heard milk are for babies  Well, i dont really care.It taste good and has many unknown health benefits. You people can still drink skim milk which it doesnt have much fat.

my parents buy milk to go with the cereal...but when it's close to expiring i have to drink it all because i need it for gorwing up or something
i hate milk

If you're recieiving less calcium per week, it wouldnt help much. But hey! you can get chocolate milk, yogurt, go-yurt, and etc.
