i'm confused about a boy..., do i really like him? Options

well, there's this guy in my class. i just started actually talking to him a few days ago... i never really had the courage to go up to him and talk, because i'm really shy and end up saying things i don't really mean. by that i mean, i totally freeze and become mean. whenever i like a guy, i ignore him, i can't help it.

anyway, i started talking to him, and i can't help but notice that he's so sweet and funny. and well, just charming. we met eyes during class today, and i couldn't help but feel those butterflies. i don't know him so much, but i want to. if i do get to know him, i'll see if this is just a crush or maybe something else.

the thing is, he's confusing in. he seems to be eyeing this other girl, and well, they seem to have a connection. or maybe i'm just imagining.

i know, i sound like a ditzy freshmen with another meaningless crush. but i have to admit, i'm not sure what this is... do i like him... or maybe it is just a crush.

anyway, the question is, how can i get his attention? i want to be myself, but i want him to see me.

i used to be like that too but i've grown out of it.

if you keep talking to him, he'll eventually initiate the conversation sooner or later...just keep talking. after you get through the get to know you stuff, talk about past relationships to hint your interest.
