this is a visual basics calculator i was hoping some one could help me i kno that this forum is mainly for web design but can some one pleas tell me whats wrong the answer should appear but it does not

it is visualbaic 6 not .net i do not kno whats wrong iv seen it work when other peopel do the exact same one and worked
