It sucks, I know.
And yes, he's supposed to be eyeless, and yes, I know his hair is blurred in the back.

Aww c'mon it doesn't suck - His facial features are proportioned pretty well, but see, the value in the face is too soft, making his complexion dull and uninteresting. If you play around with contrast - making the shadows darker and the highlights lighter, espcially on the nose and chin and the left side of his face (and, if you intend to keep him eyeless, dark shadows in and around the sockets would produce a nice effect) - it will define his features much more impressively. Also don't be afraid to play with the skin tone itself to give the impression of better lighting - right now he looks like he's under one of those gross fluorescent lights they have at offices and stuff.
