hair..getting thinner, i know, it sucks Options

ok, 3 months ago, my hair was the way it usually is... thick, nice, everyone used to say "i love your hair!! it's so thick and lovely and lahblahblahlbha".

but lately, i've noticed that my hair seems to be thinning out and the strands are more coarse than they used to be. everyone says it's just in my imagination.. but i know it's not. my mom and my sister's noticed it too. i could usually tie my hair up with 2 loops using a hair thingie, but now i have to use 3 loops or else it's too loose. and you can see my roots and skalp(sp) a lot clearer than before. and it shows in pictures too... my hair used to be much thicker.

and if i ever run my hand down my hair, i always get at least 5+ strands falling out. it's really... bad. i've tried eating more protein and using protein enriched shampoo and everything, but nothing works.

no im just kidding. wow, i hope not.do you know of any foods that you've been recently missing? for nutrients and all that crap? maybe you went on a diet, and you're missing out some good food that you used to have.

I know you're kidding, but just for the record, cancer doesn't make your hair fall out. Chemotherapy does.

Hair can fall out because of stress too. It's happening to me right now. I shed like a dog and if I even remotely pull a strand of my hair, it will come out. It's probably just a phase. If it's anything serious, I'd suggest visiting a physician.
