whenever a new version of a particular topic needs to be made...leave it up to the mods. whenever regular members make new versions, it makes it harder for mods to close the older versions and it's just annoying. yeah, so...STOP!!

No. How the hell do you make a topic by accident ? Even if you did, you could at least say.. "Oh sorry, I made this on accident. Can some mod close this?"
