um ok im not sure where to ask this
 .....but i was womdering if anypne can tell me how to make a background for myspace. i just want it white with rows of small-ish black polka dots. unfottunatly i have no clue how to go about making it. if anyone can help that would be awesome!

use paint :)
take the circular marquee tool thing and make it however you like, and fill it in |
