to begin with, i'd like to point out that I do not support Bush. However, I cannot understand why people are blaming him for Katrina, just because he has troops in Iraq. It seems like a lame excuse to protest the war and find a scapegoat for the hurricane
so, do you think Bush is at fault for part of the Katrina ordeal? |

about the whole helicopter thing:
its just like in somalia. if you go into somalia unarmed and give them food, they will shoot you down. they think that if they bring the helicopters down they can have all the food. a news team was going to give some food to a woman who had just had a baby, but the sheriff stopped her because he said that if she gave food to that family, they would die. they would be trampled to death. *off topic*: due to the fact that everyone was so interested in katrina, no one knew what happened in Iraq. 1000 people were trampled to death. |
