what is taking the government soo long to rescue the surviors from Katrina?? it is getting worse, and now people are starting to think that this is becoming a racist issue. i think that this is becoming a racist issue because, the majority of the people in new orleans is african american. i bet if it was all white people the governemnt would be there to help them in a heart beat. there is no reason why the government should be taking soo long to help the people. people are stealing food soo that they can keep themselves and there families alive. but the cops are talking about shooting who ever tries to loot! (steal) all im saying is taht the governement is no where to be found. and now tons of people are dying because no 1 will help them. this situation will become a big racist issue! this is jsut ridiculous! mad.gif

Okay. This is a duplicate topic.

Jellybeans, are you just obsessed with racism?

And Claudel, they are already doing everything you mentioned. You are a f**king idiot. Back up your facts.

The reason why its taking so long is because the people there refuse to comply with federal officials. They shoot down helicopters, police cars, fire trucks, everything with authority.

I bet you people don't watch the news. Turn it on. The area with the damage is populated by projects. I just turned on the news to find out that they are now BURNING BUILDINGS. Does that sound helpful?

I would say to let them burn to hell, but there are innocent people there. They are just hard to get to due to all the troublemakers.
