Comment Box Problem... Options

hi... okay i have the comment box down. 2 things:
1- how do i make it seperate from my friends list? Like it's own box above my friends list?

2- How do i get rid of the scroll bars?

I've been trying to figure this out! MY PAGE!

are u sure u put it at the END of the wiltm section? and u have scrollbars cuz one of ur comments consists of a big picture that's distorting ur tables

\\ EDIT // go \\ HERE // and use my code to make all ur comments the same size so they wont stretch ur tables
