Hey i have gimp,paint shop pro,animation shop and ms paint. and i wanna no if there is any tutorials on GIMP. or any cool effects i really want photoshop. but i dont have the cash on me to buy or download it Thanks for the people that can help

gimp can do most of the things Photoshop can, try photoshop tutorials on Gimp, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised
