"Happy birthday, I'm dumping you!"

My Girlfriend and I had only been going out for three weeks. That's not much people, but I felt pretty content and happy with her. Not to mention that, although she seemed afraid of commitment, she started sitting with me at lunch and spending time with me everywhere! Of course I thought that meant we were getting stronger and was excited to see what would happen in the next few days, especially December the 1st - My birthday. Well, my birthday came and I wondered if she got me something. She gave me something all right - the cold shoulder. I tried to talk to her, but all day long she just ignored me completely. Then Economics came, and before class started, she walked right up to me and snapped, "Happy birthday, I'm dumping you!" at me before walking away. I was so shocked and devastated that I couldn't speak.

But in all seriousness, it sounds like she was immature and not ready for a guy to take care of her. Lots of girls arent. They just want d**k. So I'd say its nothing you did. A girl who does that to a guy on his birthday is heartless. One of her friends probably said something abou tyou that made her embarrassed to be around you, or maybe she was with another dude and the time she spents with you made her feel guilty. Who knows. Like I said...stab her. In the eyeball. The left one. no. Right. yeah.

Speaking of taking care of people... How exactly do you mean "take care of her?"
What are the rules or the minimum requirements in terms of taking care of a girl? Just curious... or rather your definition of "taking care of her" is what I want to clarify.

You're a guy, you're cute. I'd say retaliation would be truly sweet in this situation. Either that or just simply return the cold shoulder, hang with a bunch of chicks and that'll get her flying off the wall and being as green with envy as the snot hanging from her nose. Girls like her most likely love the chase... sucks to her because she lost out on a luvly guy. She'll be begging for your undivided attention in no time. But of course, you know better by this time and she's not worth your luv and time. =D
