Hey i have gimp,paint shop pro,animation shop and ms paint. and i wanna no if there is any tutorials on GIMP. or any cool effects i really want photoshop. but i dont have the cash on me to buy or download it Thanks for the people that can help

hmm I suggest you go to some websites with photoshop and such tuts i woudl recommend www.good-tutorials.com and www.biorust.com hope it helped
