I have this code and i dont know if i did it right can someone tell me if i did

Okay I edited my code the same way it showed other people doing it(i think) and it wont work at all and I've used 3 diffrent codes from 3 diffrent people! I just can't get it to work can somebody help me please. I'm very new at this.
