I think there was a topic about this but I just want to add more to it.
First, do you agree with people dating outside their race? Do you feel if they do, they are sort of betraying their own race? What race do you prefer? Would you ever date someone who wasn't of your background? Me, I've never dated anyone who was Portuguese or Caucasian. I've dated only Black and Hispanic guys. I find nothing wrong with it. I have this friend who is Indian and he says he will never date anyone who wasn't Indian. And his parents don't allow it either. |

to start, let me point out that I have never found someone who is mixed with the exact same races as me and nothing else, so everyone I date its interracial. Second of all, I'm the product of interracial dating, so if anyone has a problem with it, they have a problem with my existence as a whole, and you can go screw yourself upsidedown. Jerk.
Now! Heres my feeling about everything. I think that being multiracial in a family of german people has really given me a lot of insight on how the world works. My cousins father told her shes not allowed to date black guys. That hurts because once again, I would not exist is it werent for my mother being racially color blind. Thats hypocritical and it makes me feel excluded. I mean, all people have the same equipment, whether black, white, italian, chinese, korean, indian etc. Why does the outside color matter? It all works the same way. I think true love has no color, so why should the color of who you love matter. I say love who you love. I've dated korean, black, white, and a half black half white guy. I've been sttracted to all sorts of guys, italian, african, and hispanic. the lists go on. I have an advantage because I learned from the beginning that skin doesnt matter. Even if I had to learn on my own because the people around me didnt seem to think so. I'm actually really impressed at all the open minded people on cB. yay for y'all. |
