Div layers and IMG maps Options

Alright. It's the second time I've tried this layout.
I've been to many sites and tried a lot of stuff, but it doesn't seem to work.

I can't seem to get the box above my imagemap.

Read the question before posting, squashie.
The problem is that they can't move the blog area up to where the imagemap is. Meh. I did it for them.
And, if you actually look at the code&their xanga site, the image mapping works perfectly fine. So... Yeah.
