i searched and nothing came up so here it is. i just thought it'd be nice to have a thread where we can all say goodbye to this awesome summer (it was awesome for me anyway). and blab and reminisce to ourselves.
LET ME HAVE A MOMENT. and you can have yours. sooo.. heres to late night karaoke. birthdays perverted asian men arbutus club michelles bonding over sodas. sticker pictures lazy days at the beach dinners at cactus club. whistler and horseback riding batting cage!!! all the days we just hung out being bored growing in faith with God fireworks! catching up with old friends the people i met that have come and go. walking down to the beach from west 10th the raft getting into sh*t with parents... always a pleasure. this thread may be pointless, and you have no idea what any of the stuff i just listed means... but i don't care. these are some of the moments that made my summer... and i am so sad to see this one go, way too quickly. :( GOODBYE SUMMER 2004 your turn. |

What an old thread! but it's been a year and it's time to say goodbye to another summer... hope it's not a problem! So here's my 2005 version.
goodbye to... nights at the beach photography class chillin at ac fireworks more lying to parents backyard tanning jamming volunteering team canada hockey day getting martin brodeur's autograph doing the grouse grind backyard bbq parties spending first part of summer bonding with cousins seeing people from last summer meeting more cool people seeing the ex chilling and being absolutely bored running the seawall getting my first official job toronto wingnuts "summer 2004 compressed into a day" day meeting him. cruising in the car with somebody more guy problems in one summer than in our entire lives SPOONS boring summer placements rowboat guy 40-year-old-virgin going to granville island way too many times dreading the academics part of grade 12 the sisterhoooooood discovering that drinking is not as much fun anymore.. growing up. :( |
