its been awhile since i've written anything really...
this isn't my best, but its okay i guess. basically discussing my current feelings. i'm still in disbelief at how things are right now...in a good way. enjoy and constructive criticism is always appreciated, thanks!

Disbelief

Despair no longer lingers
Anger grows no more
Gone are the constant feelings of loneliness.
What once was
No longer is;
What you have done
I thought nearly impossible
But yet
You’ve miraculously done it.
It’s not quite known how, when, or where
But somewhere along the timeline of the past
It happened.
Such simple actions from you
Create such a stir from within me;
A small glance, a mere smile
And suddenly I’m captivated.
You once were the cause
Of tumultuous emotion
And your faith in one’s self
Was lacking in amounts;
You and I were unknowingly one
But one and the same
As I shielded my thoughts, my feelings, my fears.
Now, forgiveness has been granted
The heart is sure it’s deserved
And the point such beings as you and I are at now
Seemed but an impossible moment in the desires of our mentalities
And each of us presently
Utterly proved incorrect
Much to our disbelieving delights.
