Custom Module Help Options

hi...I'm making a custom module layout as a request for one of my "customers" on my layout site and I was wondering what this part means and how do you customize it...I've made a few in the past but I never really did anything with most of it other than the regular CSS part.

I believe those are more far advance stuff which you don't really need to code. If you want to make him/her custom modules, there's a script on that in hte xanga scripts. But you see, those have nothing to do with the custom module script. >_>;
