I'm not sure if there's a topic on this but feel free to merge, close, whatever.
Anyways, everybody always been thinking what their crush would say if they asked them out right? So what have you been thinkin (or feeling) before you asked them out? And what did you do? Well, I asked a couple guys out before. I've been feelin shy and thinkin that they might say no and that if they say no, they would know that I like them. So sometimes, when I'm too shy, I get my friends to ask for me.

I don't think it's a good idea to have a friend ask FOR you. I guess it's okay if you have a friend talk to them about you and all, but if you have them ask the person out for you, then that shows shyness and weakness, which aren't good qualities to have when in a relationship such as a boyfriend/girlfriend one. If you can't get up enough nerve to ask them yourself, then how are other things going to work throughout the rest of the relationship?
