Braces Help, candies. |

I was wondering if i can still eat gummy fruit snack with my braces. It's chewy. I'm afraid to break my braces bracket. i've been breaking my braces 2 times by eating hard food but not anymore.
If no, why ? |

If it's worth the risk and the consquences, then sure. Enjoy yourself.
 If you don't think it's worth the risk, then don't try the gummy fruits. But gummy fruits are pretty tempting at times when you don't really want it to be. Rr. |
