Braces Help, candies. |

I was wondering if i can still eat gummy fruit snack with my braces. It's chewy. I'm afraid to break my braces bracket. i've been breaking my braces 2 times by eating hard food but not anymore.
If no, why ? |

i've had braces for almost 2 years now,
and my eating habits have only changed after i've gotten them tightened because they hurt. gummy bears never give me a problem. just chew carefully and swallow.
