Well, I used to have this habit where I'd chew my lip, and then I ended up practically gnawing on the skin around it. Now it's red and it get's dry and chapped a lot. I'm really self-concious about it and then I end up making it even redder and flakier.
Has this happened to anyone before? And how do you get rid of it?

stop licking, chewing, w/e ur lips. saliva isnt good for your lips...wear chapstick and lotion
