Stop background from repeating to the top? Options

I was wondering how to make my background STOP repeating at a certain point?

Example:

http://www.xanga.com/Haut_Faux

^ The background doesn't go all the way to the top there.

In my xanga, it does.

http://www.xanga.com/Kims_faux

I don't want it to go above the picture. Help?

you can move the header picture to the very top of your screen so that you don't see the background at the top
