Comment on what you think of black leggings under a denim mini.
Do you think it looks cute or ugly? Is it not "trendy"/ fashionable anymore in ur area? Also, is it only reserved for the sterotype of "punks/goths"... is it okay for like "preps" to wear them? I personally think its cuter if you wear a more feminine outfit around it ... but thats only my opinion.

It seems kind of 80's. But, I like the 80's so I think it would look cute.
A lot of people could pull it off, as long as they don't go crazy frizzy. |
