I was wondering if i can still eat gummy fruit snack with my braces. It's chewy. I'm afraid to break my braces bracket. i've been breaking my braces 2 times by eating hard food but not anymore.
If no, why ? |

When i had braces, i only broke my brackets when i ate hard stuff. But i always ate the gummy stuff. I think the only thing you really have to worry about is laffy taffy or salt water taffy.
