well, like, does a person need a best friend? this girl (we used to be like, bestbestbest friends), now she's all like, 'seriously, best friends suck sh!t. it's better to just be GOOD friends instead of BEST friends' on her xanga. and i just think thats kind of stupid, because its nice knowing you have a friend that you know will always be there for you no matter what, someone different from all your other friends.
ehh, so what do you guys think? |

I gave up on best friends a while ago. I don't have a best friend, I've never had one. It's just that it's hard for me to keep friends, and sometimes it makes me feel like shit. Sure, I have a couple of close friends (like 1 or 2) but I'm starting to feel like we're drifting apart and once highschool starts, we might like forget about each other. I know, not very good friends... but remember that friends will come and go and that people change and the person you were BEST friends with in kindergarten might not be the same person they were in kindergarten.
