how do i make my own personal scrollbar on my skin and make it like a normal scrollbar? i think there's a code or something but i'm not sure...
if no one gets what im talking about ill gladly take screen caps and show them ^^ edit; i mean scrollbars like this  and when you hover over it your entry moves up and down like a marquee im not sure if theres codes like that for xanga since i got it from an official site but im hoping there is ^^ |

i think he wants to know how to make one of those scrollbars, because that was his topic question but i think he also wants to know if it was a code or the actauly "scrollbar" itself that made the text move up and down in the box
.. id like to know how to make one of those scrollbars myself.. |
