Braces Help, candies. |

I was wondering if i can still eat gummy fruit snack with my braces. It's chewy. I'm afraid to break my braces bracket. i've been breaking my braces 2 times by eating hard food but not anymore.
If no, why ? |

my cousin hit me in the head with a pillow and i broke a bracket. so thats always been my excuse. i have braces, and as im writing this, im chewing gum. quite frankly, i dont care.
i went to the ortho. the other day, and she pulls out orange peel that was caught in my molar cap-thing, *gross i know* and she yelled at me because she thought it was popcorn. orthodontists these days... |
