I was wondering if i can still eat gummy fruit snack with my braces. It's chewy. I'm afraid to break my braces bracket. i've been breaking my braces 2 times by eating hard food but not anymore.
If no, why ? |

i never followed the rules of the braces...i dont think anyone does...if you break a bracket so what..they'll fix it..
