About a layout, need help with 2 things Options

[EDIT] Okay now i just got one more problem.. http://www.xanga.com/ShyGuy33090 if u look all the way at the bottom.. the XResource thing won't go all the way to the bottom, so now u can see the background image under it.. i dunno how to fix that.. here it the code now..

Define the background as the background of your div layer, close it in webstats, and then add your footer image.
