Just be like..."yea, whatever.." and stuff, like your not really listening...I guess that person would stop coming up to you if you didnt pay attention to him.
Either that or you can tell that person you have to go somewhere whenever he comes out to you...heh   Yes yes,,,The stare of dh00m always works!
