Alright I'm definitely into making my own site, as is everyone else here. But I'm sort of in a pickle. Because I really don't understand what you guys are saying. If someone could give me some help, maybe a site that describes all these mumbo jumbo words.
Words I currently have no clue about: PHP iframe dev (border) Now don't get me wrong, I'm not stupid. I know the extreme basics of HTML, and that's about it. I am pretty advanced on Photoshop too. All I want to do is know enough information now to make a half way decent web layout. Thank you [insert name to whoever helps me] |

Margins. A div border would be just... A border around a div.
