Alright I'm definitely into making my own site, as is everyone else here. But I'm sort of in a pickle. Because I really don't understand what you guys are saying. If someone could give me some help, maybe a site that describes all these mumbo jumbo words.

Words I currently have no clue about:
PHP
iframe
dev (border)

Now don't get me wrong, I'm not stupid. I know the extreme basics of HTML, and that's about it. I am pretty advanced on Photoshop too. All I want to do is know enough information now to make a half way decent web layout.

PHP: Ok php is sort of like html pages . You can use php pages as well as html pages . A description of php is:

People use php pages , you can use both php and html pages. php pages are much easier because you when making a layout you won't have to edit all your subpages like with html pages . to learn about php look here:

Iframes : Iframes are the same as divs . Iframes are using for positioning content. One good thing about iframes is that you can link pages into your iframe and when people visit your site and click a link to your subpages the page won't refresh like it would with divs. View the following sites for more iframe info.
